What to tell us
A few details help us plan the right tour in one reply, instead of five messages back and forth.
- Your travel dates and preferred time (we recommend evenings)
- How many adults and children, and the kids’ ages
- Any allergies or diets: vegetarian, halal, no seafood, no nuts
- If you’re bringing a stroller or a baby under 3
- Your hotel area, so we can plan the pickup
- Which tour you like: Mini (2 hours) or Family Walking (3–4 hours)

How fast do you reply?
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. Emails are answered within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
Can I ask questions before booking?
Of course. Ask us anything about the tours, food for your kids, allergies or timing. There’s no obligation to book.
How far ahead should we book?
A few days ahead is ideal, especially if you need a special menu for allergies or a baby. Last-minute requests are welcome too, just message us and we’ll do our best.
Do you speak my language?
Our tours run in English, Korean and Chinese. Message us in whichever you prefer.
Ready when you are
